Deye BESS BOS-B is a comprehensive, high-tech solution designed to ensure energy independence for commercial and industrial facilities. The core of the system is a powerful 100 kW hybrid inverter (PCS) operating in a unified ecosystem with a high-voltage battery bank boasting a total nominal capacity of 241.2 kWh (usable capacity — 217 kWh). The battery bank consists of 15 series-connected advanced modules (16.08 kWh each, featuring 314 Ah cells), providing an increased charge/discharge current of up to 180A.
Key Technological Advantages:
Lightning-Fast Switching and Overload Resistance (STS): Thanks to the Static Transfer Switch (STS) module, which manages up to 500 kW of power, the transition between the grid, batteries, and generator is seamless for your equipment — taking less than 10 milliseconds. The inverter is built for heavy industrial conditions: it can withstand a working overload of up to 110% and peak surges of up to 170% in off-grid mode, allowing for the safe startup of powerful motors and heavy machinery.
Solar Energy Maximization (PV and MPPT): A dedicated 100 kW PV module is equipped with 8 independent MPPT trackers. With an operating current of 40A (max up to 60A) and a wide voltage range of 180–850V, the system allows you to connect a solar array with a total peak power of up to 200 kW.
Smart Resource Management (EMS and BMS): The integrated Energy Management System (EMS) with an inverter efficiency of 98.5% unlocks smart savings: set up charging during cheap night tariffs (TOU) and activate the "zero export" mode. The high-voltage Battery Management System (BMS, 200–1000V) ensures battery safety by continuously balancing the cells and protecting them from overheating, overvoltage, or deep discharge.
Limitless Scalability for Large Projects: The architecture of the Deye BESS BOS-B allows the system to grow alongside your business. Up to 5 inverters (100 kW each) can be connected to a single STS module. The STS blocks themselves can be easily connected in parallel, creating an ultra-powerful array of 20 inverters with a total capacity of up to 2.5 MW.
