Deye 80 kW Inverter (3ph) + 61.44 kWh Battery + BMS + Rack
24/7 without days off
If 50 kW is for big business, then 80 kW is the category for industrial giants. This is a solution for facilities where compromises are impossible: factory floors, large logistics hubs, premium hotel complexes, or energy-intensive office centers.
The kit is built on a flagship High Voltage (HV) platform. Transmitting 80 kW of power using obsolete 48V architecture would be physically impossible without massive energy losses and cables as thick as a limb. The Deye High Voltage system operates at 600–700V, ensuring efficiency at 97.6% and stable operation where other systems simply melt down.
Why is this solution the pinnacle of engineering?
Colossal Power — 80,000 W This inverter is a true power plant in a single casing. It easily starts industrial pump groups, elevator equipment, powerful ventilation systems (chillers), or entire production lines. The power reserve is sufficient to keep a large facility "afloat" even during peak morning loads.
Industrial Control Center — BOS-G Pro PDU Managing currents of this magnitude requires surgical precision. The "brain" of the system is a separate High Voltage Cluster Control Box with its own touch screen. It contains industrial protective automation, contactors, and a BMS controller that monitors the status of each of the 12 batteries, balancing the charge and ensuring the safety of the high-voltage circuit.
High Voltage Efficiency (HV System) Operating the battery array in high-voltage mode allows for the instant delivery of critical currents without overheating the conductors. This guarantees voltage stability even when "heavy" equipment with high inrush currents is switched on.
Scalability for Any Task The kit with a 61.44 kWh battery is a powerful base. However, the 80 kW inverter allows for almost limitless capacity expansion. You can add new battery racks in the future, turning the system into a megawatt-scale energy storage solution.
100% Unbalanced Load A vital function for a three-phase enterprise grid. If a welding station is operating on Phase A, while Phases B and C are loaded only with lighting, the Deye inverter will perfectly balance the generation, preventing phase imbalance and emergency shutdowns.
How long will the charge last? (Commercial Scenarios) (Calculation for base capacity 61.44 kWh)
Scenario "Active Production / Peak Hour" (High load ~25,000 - 30,000 W)
What runs: Power equipment, restaurant kitchens, HVAC systems, elevators, production machinery.
Runtime: 2 – 2.5 hours. (The goal of this mode is "peak shaving" or safely finishing technological processes during an outage).
Scenario "Vital Operations & Security" (Medium load ~6,000 - 8,000 W)
What runs: Server rooms, emergency lighting, video surveillance, access control systems, gas boiler rooms, water supply.
Runtime: 8 – 10 hours. (A full working day or night of guaranteed infrastructure security).
