The Deye BESS BOS-B in the 125 kW configuration is a flagship, high-tech solution for building a reliable energy independence system at large commercial, agricultural, and industrial facilities. The heart of the system is the ultra-powerful 125 kW hybrid inverter (PCS), which operates synchronously with an industrial high-voltage battery cluster with a total capacity of 241.2 kWh (of which 217 kWh is usable capacity). The battery bank is formed from 15 series-connected, latest-generation LiFePO4 modules (16.08 kWh each, based on 314 Ah cells). This architecture allows safe operation with high charge and discharge currents (up to 180A).
Key Technological Advantages:
Seamless Backup and Heavy Inrush Current Handling (STS): Thanks to the specialized Static Transfer Switch module (with a throughput capacity of up to 500 kW), the system guarantees instant switching between the grid, generator, and batteries in less than 10 milliseconds. Your equipment won't feel any surges. The inverter has high overload resistance: it can operate continuously at 110% of its nominal rating and withstand short-term peak surges of up to 170% in off-grid mode, which is ideal for starting powerful industrial motors, pumps, and compressors.
Maximum Solar Generation Potential (PV / MPPT): The system comes with a dedicated PV module featuring 8 independent MPPT trackers. Thanks to a wide operating voltage range (180–850V) and high input currents (nominal 40A, short-circuit current up to 60A per tracker), you can connect a solar panel array with a total capacity of up to 250 kW, ensuring a rapid return on investment.
Smart Energy Distribution and Absolute Safety (EMS + BMS): The integrated Energy Management System (EMS) with high efficiency (98.5%) allows you to configure flexible operating scenarios: charging the battery at night at the lowest rate, using this energy during peak hours, and enabling zero-export to the grid. The multi-level BMS module continuously monitors the balance of each cell, protecting the high-voltage system (200–1000V) from overheating, deep discharge, and short circuits.
Scalability for Megaprojects: Deye's architecture allows the system to grow alongside your production needs. Up to 5 inverters can be connected in parallel to a single STS module. The STS modules themselves also support parallel connection, making it possible to create a giant power plant with a total capacity of over 2.5 MW.
